MEPL were the first in India to foresee the need within the automotive handout parts for fully automated surface finishing processes with robotic paint application systems, as well as the first five-stage power wash.
Our facilities are capable of handling all types of solvent-borne and water-borne paint technologies, allowing us to create primerless products that exceed customer expectations. We have full control over the paintable surface as we have in-house capabilities to start with mould design and manufacturing, all the way through mass production.
Aqua Graphics
MEPL International brings Japanese technology from Taica Corporation ( Cubic) that enables the transformation of your products through intricate surface enhancement to augment their beauty.
This process, known as Aqua graphics, involves a water-soluble film that is printed onto substrates such as plastic, glass, wood, metal, and more with natural and abstract prints. It’s possible to create over 2000 different patterns and color shades to adorn your products.
Aqua graphics has excellent applications in automotive interiors, personal care packaging, architectural products, home appliances, and more. Additionally, it can add aesthetic value to products within the switch and lighting industry as well.
Three-dimension Overlay Method
Feel what you see with the Three-dimensional Overlay Method (TOM), our entirely new decoration method that applies high-design film to the surface of your product. With TOM, we can express a variety of complex textures, such as wood and leather textures, carbon fiber and more.

Our recent investment, the MEPL International Industries Bubble Guard is a range of multi-layered PP boards featuring a unique circular structure created with the latest European technology. The boards range from tough and rigid to soft and flexible–perfectly suited for customized solutions.
The Bubble Guard’s uses range widely, for automotive applications, protection, packaging, printing, and paneling–finding usage across diverse industries like automotive, healthcare, electricals, infra+realty, food & beverages, and a lot more.
This technology is widely accepted worldwide, particularly in Europe and the USA, thanks to its specially engineered customizable structure, which saves time and effort.
